Introduction
Industrial Skills Enhancement Program (INSEP) program is aimed at equipping fresh graduates with the right skills and competencies to increase their employability. Selected graduates will be trained at the PSDC for first 3 months before undergoing industrial training at reputable companies for another 3 months. Such arrangement creates a win-win situation where companies can increase their productivity while graduates can gain more work experience.
