Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Daily review production schedule and execution of projects in timely manner.
• Ensure projects are completed on time to meet shipment.
• Ensuring that KPI are monitored and target achieved.
• Oversee production efficiency while resources met maximize usage.
• Conducting performance appraise, supervise and communicating job expectations, coaching, counseling, and disciplining.
• Supervising junior staff and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.
• To ensure product and process quality meets specifications required while the product are produced good quality.

 Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience and background in manufacturing operations, especially from electronics manufacturing background.
• Must be from SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Background.
• Able to work in team and aptitude to work alone.
• Able to support overtime when required.
• Good in spoken & written English and Malay.
• At least 3 years of education in secondary level.

Production Supervisor (Surface Mount Technology)

Responsibilities:

• Main task is to do documentation checking and filing for Production department.
• Apply knowledge from ISO 13485 Medical Devices and FDA Devices to ensure documentations are up to standards and compliance.
• Conduct performance appraisal, supervise and communicating job expectations, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff.
• Supervising junior staff and ensuring effective communication in order to avoid errors.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.
• To ensure product and process quality meets specifications required while the product are produced good quality.

 Requirements:

• Preferably with minimum of 3 years working experience and background in manufacturing operations, especially from medical or electronics manufacturing background.
• Require ISO 13485 Medical Devices & FDA Medical Devices knowledge.
• Able to work in team and aptitude to work alone.
• Able to support overtime when required.
• Good in spoken & written English, Chinese and Malay.
• At least 3 years of education in secondary level.

Debug Technician (PCBA)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain machine reliable and safe manufacturing systems while maintaining and improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeover.
• Liaise and communicate with different departments regarding the processes quality, technical issue, model transfer and NPI.
• To lead the team to improve the quality, productivity by leading Kaizen or QIT events.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Investigate operational problems affecting production and advice for solutions.
• Responding immediately to equipment, machine and system breakdown.
• Perform trouble-shoot of functionality failure boards & root causes analysis while advise for countermeasure.
• Line set up, and perform checking during line change over and prepare daily repaired report.
• To co-operate with production people to produce a quality products and to meet production target according production schedule.
• Troubleshoot, Debug, Rework PCBA and check the electronic circuit board.
• As equipment owner and arrange for calibration when expired

 Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/”O” Level/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Engineering
• At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experienced in soldering, troubleshooting, reworking PCBA skill.
• Knowledge of reading circuit diagram is preferable
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Engineering – Others or equivalent.

Engineer (AOI / ICT)

Green Compliance Engineer

Responsibilities: –

• Able to work with related team members to ensure compliance of products during New Product Introduction (NPI).
• Able to update customer products when there are new updates on regulatory requirements.
• Able to support in QMS internal audits.
• Provide training or briefing when there is a new product regulatory requirements.
• The role is more towards technical documentation and product & regulatory compliance.

Requirements: –

• Minimum Degree in Science, preferably in Chemistry or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduates from Chemistry / Science Degree background are welcomed to apply.
• Prefer at least 2 years working experience in electrical & electronic (E&E) plant or related environmental regulatory requirements such as RoHS, REACh and etc.
• Strong in oral and written communication in English.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point.

Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as the key window toward customer for Feedback, Quotation and Order Management.
• Accepting customer PO and process it accordingly on time. Work with internal team deliver out the order as per customer requirements.
• Assist reporting Manager to process RFQ with the objective Quote to Win.
• Work proactive to accomplish assigned KPIs which included but not limited to:
  • On time delivery of order
  • Quotation Winning Rate
  • Customer Liability Management
  • Revenue growth of assigned account
• Generate and publish report on time.
• Work with team member and other functional team to fulfill customer requirement.
• Prepare sales kit or presentation slides when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Marketing or equivalent. Diploma with similar working experience are also welcome
• Possess good cross functions co-ordination skills to execute assigned task.
• Good inter person communication ability.
• Able to do a good presentation and conclude it with a good summary.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervisory.
• Experiences in Electronic Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
• Experiences in Logistic flow will be an added advantage.
• Competence with Microsoft Office Tools. Excel and PowerPoint.
