Event Executive
Job Description:
- Have technical knowledge in virtual event management
- Responsible for all aspects of the event’s activities
- Creative in planning and implementing
- Create and execute high-quality content
- After each event, the Event Specialist must review the process and evaluate the effectiveness of that particular event, and write a report to the reporting manager.
- Manage resources and budgets effectively.
- Broadcast live events.
- Ensure high attendance for events
- Must be detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Must be able to work independently and in a team.
- Develop event strategies with the team based on objectives like lead generation, increasing product usage.
Skills Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in planning and managing events
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proactive, result-driven, and presentable.
- Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hardworking with initiative, attention to detail, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
