    Sales Engineer

    Job Description / Responsibilities:

    • Responsible to promote and sell company’s products/services/solutions to existing and new customer to achieve personal sales target.
    • Maintain and develop good relations with existing and new customers and business partners.
    • Provide product technology update presentation/sharing to customers and business partners.
    • To solicit and develop new sales lead, provide suggestion and offer the most appropriate to customers and business partners
    • Follow up closely on sales inquiries and provide quotation to customers and business partners
    • Aggressively visit the new and potential customers, consultants to seize the new project, specify company product specifications into the buildings of material/Quantities.
    • To develop new market territories, plan for marketing event and work closely with product suppliers and principals.

    Requirements :

    • Bachelor’s degree (Hons) Business Development and marketing.
    • More than 3 years’ experience in renewable energy products sales or related field.
    • Knowledge in IT Hardware and Software will be value added
    • Able to demonstrate and present company’s products/services/solution effectively to customers and business partners.
    • Good coordination, liaison, negotiation and communication skills.
    • Self-discipline, Proactive and keen in organizing sales activities and customer visits.

    IT Operation Manager

    Job Description / Responsibilities :

    • Reporting to General Manager
    • Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations department to ensure the functionality,availability, and security of IT systems, data, backups, and communications; troubleshoot andremediate issues that arise.
    • Develop and manage annual IT budgets and procure IT equipment and professional services
    • Manage IT vendors, contracts and service level agreements and perform vendor riskassessments
    • Identify and manage operational risks, information technology projects
    • Coordinate internal and external resources, timetables, budgets, and the reporting to projectstakeholders
    • Ensure compliance of department and organizational policies
    • Manage department team members, including performance and training assessments.
    • Assist inthe development of IT staffing plan and professional growth
    • Align IT infrastructure with current and future business requirements and strategic goals
      Manage IT department services and prepare management reports of department activities,tasks, and operational metrics
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continued education, online/in persontraining and attendance of educational workshops, reviewing professional publications,networking and participation in professional industry groups
    • Assess system performance and recommend improvements
    • Lead, motivate, and support team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment,including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
    • Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service

    Requirements :

    • Possess a Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related disciplines.
    • At least 2-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Able to work independently with high degree of self-drive and motivation.
    • Applicants must be willing to work in Butterworth, Penang.
    • Can Handle pressure and meet tight datelines.
