    JA Solar Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. Was incorporated in December 2014. This facility was launched in October 23, 2015 and is the first oversea production facility wholly-owned by JA Solar. JA Solar Malaysia covers an area of 29 acres. It currently employs more than 1500 staffs. It specializes in producing high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cells, one of the company’s core products.

    The Company in 2017 has supplied the solar modules to Malaysia’s first utility-scale 50MW solar power farm in Sabah. The energy from the sun that is harnessed from JA Solar’s products is clean and free of any pollutants; unlike various sources of energy present today like coal and natural gas.     Production Engineer

    Manage production floor, control and achieve key performance, works together with other departments to solve the issue, optimize the workshop in order to improve the production process, improve production floor 5S management, control costing and provide training to subordinates.

    Job Descriptions:

    1. Ensure all subordinates wear the PPE according to the standard and ensure production floor safety.
    2. Provide training to subordinates for skills development to fulfil organization structure.
    3. Responsible to achieve the KPI target set by superior through shop floor management.
    4. Responsible to handle and solve all the abnormalities or issues in the production floor.
    5. Initiate corrective action and improvement plan to enhance productivity, quality and cost saving.
    6. Work together with other department colleagues to improve production process precautions
    7. To maintain 5S housekeeping at all times in order to work in a safe and better working environment.

    Job Requirements:

    1. Education level: Candidates must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree or Professional Degree in any discipline.
    2. Candidates must have at least 2 years’ experience in related field. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
    3. Candidate must be proactive and able to improve self as well as job
    4. Required language(s): Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia
    5. Skills:
    • PC literate.
    • Must be self-motivated, focused, and able to work in a team environment.
    1. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
