    Business Development Associate

    Role Description
    We are seeking an enthusiastic, fresh-out-of-college or early in their career Go-to-Market
    Business Development Associate to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for someone looking to launch a career in sales and growth. You’ll play a crucial part in generating new business leads and will be instrumental in Revo’s growth and future.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prior experience in the semiconductor sector or manufacturing industry is a plus.
      Research and identify potential workers, understanding how to reach them.
    • Engage with workers via in-person, cold-calling, and in-person, introducing them to
      Revo’s hiring solutions.
    • Qualify leads and onboard them onto Revo’s platform.
    • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of
      inquiries, comments, and complaints.
    • Having manufacturing/semiconductors is a plus.
    • Onsite in Penang with some travel to Kuala Lumpur.
