Sales Executive

General Requirement

• Conducting the business in the assigned market and responsible for prospecting, developing and managing Target and Key Account.
• The formation and upholding of quality professional relationships with all tiers of the distribution network.
• Acting in compliance with agreed business plans and methodologies, as defined by Management.
• Develop sales and marketing plan by analyse marketing segment according to 60/40 split in key account/ target account.
• Achieve a success rate in account calls per weeks.
• Maintain proper communication and ensure effective follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
• Result oriented, can do attitude.
• Open-minded and aggressive to achieve challenging results.
• Good business acumen, strong negotiation skills, excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Design or engineering background (though not compulsory).
