IT Analyst (Finance)
Summary:
Responsible to verifying and maintain master data on a timely basis and in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- SAP FICO/SD/MM/CRM/SRM Master Data Management
- Partnering with IT organization on Data Migration when needed
- Participating in data cleansing projects
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all time.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreement
- Perform data compilation, trend analysis and report generation
- Ensure emails and phone calls are answered promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage and resolve master data related issues and customer enquiries
Job Requirements:
- Advance Diploma/Degree in Computer Science / IT
- Familiar With ERP Systems, e.g. SAP, Master Data Maintenance, and I.T. Knowledge
- Candidate with Accounting/Finance knowledge is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a fast paced team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail oriented, independent, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Good knowledge of PCs and MS Office applications
