Our biodegraded products which make of waste rice, broken rice and low-grade tapioca are selling at a very affordable price for consumers to encourage the usage of our products.
SALES COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Location: Butterworth Penang
Working Hour: 8.30 am – 6.00 pm (5 working days)
Salary: RM 1,500 – RM2,500 Negotiable (Based on experience)
Include EPF and SOCSO
Job Qualifications:
– SPM or above
– Fresh graduate or experience in sales, customer service or related capacity.
– Fluent in English, Mandarin, Malay and Hokkian (Speaking and writing)
– Excellent communication skills
– Teamwork and motivational skills
– Willing to learn
Job Responsibilities:
– Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules
– Handle incoming request from customer (call, messages, email)
– Give support to sales representative
– Service existing customer obtains order
– Greeting and get feedback from customer
– Maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports
– Keeping track of the sales process and analyzing the data
– Handle processing of all orders
