    Histotech Engineering Sdn Bhd were incorporated in the year 1992 to provide quality precision tooling products for the local semiconductor test and assembly industries. Since then, we have expended from a small rented shop lot in town to a medium manufacturing factory to serve our customer better.

    Combining years of experience in making precision tooling, spare parts & metal stamping of process carrier for the assembly of chips. We emphasize on quality services, on time delivery and the expertise from our dedicated and committed team.

    We’re the high end mechanical integration services provider. We design and manufacture the mechanical parts for the international market.

    Material Controller

    Responsibilities & Objectives

    • Process orders for shipping, providing accurate documentation in accordance with relevant legislation, customer and carrier requirements.
    • To ensure all customers receive full, accurate and on-time orders.
    • Receive and book goods in to correct locations in an accurate and timely manner, liaising with intercompany and planning team for any discrepancies or quality issues.
    • Deal with any stock discrepancies or quality issues.
    • Maintain knowledge of products and processes involved in the day to day delivery of goods.
    • Support and suggest the effective management of inward and outward flow of inventory.
    • Encompass aspects of receiving goods, stock handling, stock locating, picking of works orders, cycle counting.
    • Ensure that the executive of the dispatch sequence is maintained within the required dates.
    • Ensure all aspects of the Dangerous Goods Act are fulfilled.
    • Actively involved in the on-time kitting of works orders and replenishment of line side stock.
    • Actively involved in maintaining batch and stock location accuracy on company software and ensuring tight stock control and stock rotation using FIFO principles.
    • Ensure good housekeeping and safety and health regulations are adhered to within the work area.
    • To contribute, be involved in and actively support the continuous improvement process within every facet of the department.
    • Comply to all the SOP, policies, rules and regulations.
    • Additional ad-hoc tasks by Management and supervisor.

    Qualification and Experience

    • Certificate in Planning with 2 years relevant working experience or SPM with several years relevant working experience
    • Familiar with Safety and Health awareness and knowledge.
    • The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
    • Competent in using Microsoft Office.
    • Attention to details.
    • Good spoken and written communication skills.
    • Possess good interpersonal skills.
