The company was set-up in 2006 to develop a self-sustainable township in Botanica.CT, Balik Pulau, Penang which showcases 10 residential phases and 6 non-residential phases.     Senior Sales & Marketing Executive

    Job descriptions:

    • Attend to any form of sales enquiries, soft launching and project launches.
    • To provide excellent sales and customer services to the existing customer and potential customers.
    • To participate in roadshow and exhibition events.
    • To provide assistance in loan application and execution of the Sales & Purchase Agreement with solicitors.
    • To conduct market research and competitor analysis.
    • Prepare all sales related documents for the sales process.

    Job Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree /Post-Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year or above of working experience in the related field is required for this position
    • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia and local languages.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays based on the duty roster.
    • Executive or Senior Executive specialized in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
    • Must be willing to work in Balik Pulau, Penang.
