CNC Milling Machinist Cum Programmer (Level II)
Job Descriptions/Responsibilities:
- Fabricate / produce the parts based on drawing and to confirm all dimensions on first piece before mass production
- Inspection of parts to ensure conformance to specification / drawing
- Filling up of production related records
- Retrieve / create MasterCAM drawing and set MasterCAM program
- To work closely with the production team to increase productivity and to save production cost
- Rectify problem and reduce waste in production
- Perform and maintain 5s proper housekeeping at workplace and surrounding area
Job Requirements:
- Able to set up and operate CNC Milling Machine with minimal guidance
- Able to understand and interpret engineering drawing
- Familiar with Fanuc or Mitsubishi controller
- Knowledge in MasterCAM
- Able to work in shifts and longer hours if required
- Minimum SPM qualification or higher
- Minimum 2 years hands on operation on CNC Milling Machine
