    CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

    We are looking for new members for our customer service team. If you love to delight the customers, dedicated to providing quality service, and able to keep your cool with difficult customers, you may be the person we are looking for.

    Responsibilities:

    • Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email and live chat.
    • Solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems involving third parties in the process.
    • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
    • Liaise with business partners and customers at the same time; not limiting to calls, emails and live chat, within the same period requiring multi-tasking skill
    • May need to deal with Singapore clients and handle customer issues to retain existing customers.
    • Job may also involve handling of international parcel shipment.

    Requirements:

    • Good English communication skills – spoken and written.
    • Required skill(s): Computer Knowledge, Internet Know How.
    • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
    • Mandarin language is added advantage as job may require dealing with Mandarin speaking customers.
    • Passionate in helping customers and solving their problems.
    • Able to work under pressure when customer queries is high on certain days.
    • Background on logistics and e-commerce is an added advantage.
    • We are also looking for someone with at least 1 year experience in handling international parcel shipment and/or familiar with custom clearance process.
