    ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER · Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

    · Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

    · Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking personnel.

    · At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    · Applicants must be willing to work in PRAI.

    · Preferably Managers specializing in Engineering – Electrical or equivalent.

    · Strong practical knowledge in Electrical Maintenance, PLC, Electrical Power and HV systems.

    · Plan & coordinate all Electrical Maintenance activities.

    · Lead to carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.

    · To lead in Electrical Maintenance improvement projects.

    · Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

    · Coach, Mentor, Train & Develop maintenance employees to meet current and future business requirements.

    · Monitor equipment inventory.

    · Manage Electrical Maintenance expenses.

    · To lead in Electrical Maintenance cost saving projects.

    · Develop SOP to ensure compliance with work quality, health and safety policies.

    · Team player with all department, good leadership skill, good analytical knowhow, good in analysis report generation.

    · Manpower arrangement, organizing, analysis of trouble and report generation.

    ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER (MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE) · Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial) or equivalent.

    · Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.

    · Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking support team.

    · At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    · Applicants must be willing to work in PRAI.

    · Required Leadership, Trouble Shooting, Communication Skill.

    · Preferably Managers specializing in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent.

    · Experiences in Heavy Industry is an advantage.

    · To lead and manage entire maintenance work in IMP (Iron Making Plant), Blast Furnace (BF), Sinter, Raw Material Yard (RMY).

    · Strong in mechanical maintenance and liaise with China Expatriates support team.

    · Liaise & Coordinate with departments for plant smooth maintenance programme.

    · Oversea plant spare management and outsource maintenance programme.

    · Responsible in maintenance department’s manpower arrangement and it’s related job function.

    · Able to work long hours and attends the plant emergency issues.

    · Plan for department costing, breakdown analysis and schedules maintenance.

    · Ad Hoc task assigned by superior from time to time.

     

    TREASURY & TRADE FINANCE MANAGER

    · Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Business/Economics.

    · At least 5 year(s) of working experience in cash management, treasury, trade finance, financing documentation for international trade, banking transactions, familiar with exchange control regulations of Malaysia required for this position.

    · Work experience in financial institutions is an added advantage.

    · Good verbal and written communication skills in English

    · Possess strong analytical, interpersonal skills and good team player.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Power Point.

    · Applicants must be willing to work in PRAI.

    · Preferably Managers specializing in Treasury & Trade Finance or equivalent.

    · Manage and review trade finance operations inclusive of LC opening/advising/amendment, import & export documentation for conformity to the applicable standard banking practices

    · Manage and monitor treasury activities including cash flow and funding management as well as banking transactions.

    · Execute and monitor Foreign Exchange hedging activities including the preparation of all necessary reports/documentation, analysis for forex exposure and hedging

    · Coordinate and facilitate commodities derivatives hedging activities.

    · Plan and manage cash flow projection and funding requirements.

    · Manage and monitor the compliance of financial covenants of banking facilities.

    · Manage and monitor cash position of group companies including inter-company cash movement and treasury activities.

    · Treasury related financial disclosures.

    · Treasury related journal entries and month end close activities.

    · Any other finance related duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

      LEGAL

    (ASSISTANT MANAGER OR MANAGER)

    · Candidates that meet the minimum two criterias with additional in-house experience particularly in a manufacturing setting will be strongly considered.

    · Ability to assess, draft and manage legal issues independently, including liaising with external counsels when necessary. Opportunity to experience a variety of legal work in a fast-paced setting.

    · At least 4 – 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

    · Independent, strong in contract drafting, assessments, litigation knowledge and maturity in handling and assessing legal issues

    · Potential Legal Manager candidates must have been called to the Malaysian Bar, with a minimum 4 – 5 years Post-Qualifying Experience (PQE).

    · Candidates must have been in legal practice for a minimum of 4 – 5 years, with preference for experience in general litigation and/or general corporate practice.

    · Candidate must possess at least a qualifying law degree, have been called to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor and have legal practice experience in a law firm.
