    POSITION REQUIREMENT JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
    LOGISTICS SERVICES · Candidate must possess at least a SPM and above

    · Computer knowledge, planning for all the vehicle arrangement.

    		 · To manage AJ own vehicle operation support.

    · Control cost vehicle operation & drive for cost saving operation.

    · To ensure support all the users requirements & fulfilment.

    · To manage own vehicle maintenance schedule & arrangement.

    · To ensure on time vehicle operation report submission to payment team.

    · To manage own vehicle drivers discipline & duty roster.

    · To support ad hoc matters and urgent tasks
    MANAGEMENT ACOUNTING EXECUTIVE · Diploma or Degree in Finance / Accountancy · Support the various inventory accounting & related reporting requirements.

    · Preparation & review of product costing, stock movement report such as raw material purchases and ensure stock balances are reconciled to General Ledger.

    · Analyse various costing variances and highlights areas of concern.

    · Attend to the periodic stock count exercise.
    GROUP ASSURANCE & ADVISORY EXECUTIVE

    (AUDIT EXECUTIVE)

    		 · Degree in Accountancy · To carry out internal audit and ad hoc task.
    PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE · Diploma or Degree · Indirect purchase of general, mechanical/electrical part & services purchases in order to strive the best purchase in term of pricing, quality, reliability and services.

    · Able to understand and read engineering drawing is an advantage.

    · Good in cost analysis, category management & contract management.
    COMMON FACILITIES MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE
    (QUANTITY SURVEYOR EXECUTIVE)    		 · Diploma in Quantity Surveying · General work, housekeeping and landscaping
