Job description
Needs to have knowledge applicable to Server Operating System (Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux)
Server Administrator Services
- Resolve incident and change request ticket within SLM service target. Keep and maintain the Service Level Management (SLM) target flow factor < 1.
- Maintain “0” case fail for all the incident cases
- Complete the Service Request Implementation within 5 working days.
- Server/System Uptime – Target: 99.95% and Stretch Target: 99.99%
- 100% CMDB update and data accuracy for Datacenter Assets
Requirements:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business, or any related field.
- Intermediate knowledge and skills and knowledge in Server Operating System (Windows Server 2012/2016 and Linux)
- Good phone & email communication & interpersonal skills
- Must be able to handle high volume request timely
- Good Analytical skills and understanding of complex business processes will be an advantage
- Some working experiences in Server Operating System and Linux preferable.
- Good to have candidates from Kedah area as travelling is nearer to the working place at Kulim High Tech Park but if candidates from Penang who are willing to travel to Kulim High Tech Park to work can also be considered.
